Bookings Manager

This is a brand new role for us and it’s a real opportunity to build something.

Odd Arts uses theatre to reduce inequalities and increase wellbeing across education, justice, health and community settings. We reach thousands of people each year. As we grow, our operational infrastructure needs to grow with us.

The Bookings Manager will lead the strategic coordination of all programme bookings across the organisation, managing our scheduling systems, strengthening partner relationships, supporting our delivery teams and helping us scale with confidence.

This is a hybrid role (0.8 FTE, £32,288.43) based in Manchester with regular presence at Aquarius Community Centre in Hulme.

We’re actively seeking to diversify our team and welcome applications from people with operational and coordination experience in sectors beyond the arts, events, education, touring, venue management, logistics, health or community services. If you’ve got a systems brain and the values to match, we want to hear from you.
