A powerful, interactive theatre experience tackling youth mental health, exploring anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicide, and using performance and workshops to inspire support, help-seeking, and positive wellbeing.

The Play
A thought provoking performance exploring the struggles between three friends at college, each facing different personal challenges and struggling to ask for help or talk to others.  The interactive play enables participants to step in as a way to support the characters, seek further help, and also practise positive behaviours to enhance wellbeing and connection.

Primary school version available

Cost: from £800 for half day, from £1350 for full day. 

Suitable for:  All education, criminal justice, and community settings

Age ranges:  Year 7 – 13Disclaimers:  Addressing themes that can cause distress or harm, but trauma-informed approaches adopted at all times to increase psychological safety
