What Our
Participants Say
Usually, I self-harm when I feel trapped. Drama sessions give me a break from that. I feel less stuck and have found new ways to let things out without hurting myself.
Participant
I’ve learned how to breathe properly, stand tall, and speak without my voice shaking. I carry myself differently now.
Participant
Before these sessions, I didn’t have much confidence. Now, I realise I can be heard, and I’m capable of more than I thought. I’m not afraid to share my thoughts or take the lead.
