Project Worker

Overview

Odd Arts, Manchester-based leaders in issue and evidence based arts work within criminal justice and community settings, are currently seeking an enthusiastic Project Worker to play a pivotal role in shaping our volunteer & work experience programmes, ensuring they are enriching & rewarding for all participants.

Skills
  • To plan, and deliver drama and creative workshops with vulnerable and hard-to- reach groups. (young people and adults).
  • Working with a range of groups to identify their needs and then adapting projects to meet these needs; To evaluate projects.
  • To become an active member of Odd Arts in developing and facilitating creative and issue- based workshops in the Criminal Justice System, health, community and education networks.
  • Working creatively within a team.
  • To represent Odd Arts at any relevant meetings, presentations and conferences.
  • To work to ensure Odd Arts working practice is of the highest possible quality.
  • Acceptance of flexible working hours and willingness to work away on projects.
  • Any other appropriate activity.
Responsibilities
The development and delivery of new and existing Odd Arts Projects.

£18,000 – £21,000 pro rata depending on experience.
