Odd Arts is seeking an experienced and innovative Data & Monitoring Manager to take our reporting and evaluations to the next level. This role is critical in ensuring that we effectively monitor, assess, and communicate the impact of our creative projects. You will support our team in collecting meaningful data, developing evaluation frameworks, and delivering reports that inform decision-making, funding applications, strategic planning and improve impact data.
This role is all about capturing and showcasing Odd Arts' impact. From developing monitoring systems to analysing both qualitative and quantitative data (with focus on quantitative reporting).
You’ll be at the heart of evidencing our social change work. You’ll support the team in data collection, reporting, and creating compelling insights for funders, stakeholders, and internal development.
